As you begin to get serious about planning your Christmas services, check out this insight from Yanci Yarbrough McGregor, one of the worship leaders at Fellowship Church:
Take some time to get away to brainstorm...even if it's just at your house. Gather your creative team, light a fire, make some hot chocolate and start throwing around ideas for Christmas. Include as many people as possible in this first meeting, a very diverse group, and listen to every idea. Take notes and have fun! Buy every Christmas CD that you can find and listen for any new songs that fit with your service. Then, pick two or three great Christmas songs that you love and that get everyone excited and build your service around them. Give yourself plenty of time to add other elements, such as video, choir, drama, dance, visuals, etc. Then, sit back and enjoy the service!

Sounds like fun... involving the whole team in the experience. The buy-in should be tremendous, not to mention the creative ideas.
