Ed likes to joke about his latest book, The Creative Leader, "If you can get past the cover, it really is a good book."
We're starting to hear from some of you who have done just that and dived into the book headfirst. Check out what Michael Davila from Gracepoint Fellowship in Grand Prairie, Texas had to say:
I have to admit, I bought The Creative Leader Wednesday, and now, Friday evening I am already finished. I could not put it down. It is filled to the brim and overflowing with Ed's amazing insight into the world of creative communication! Anyone, staff members, lay members, students, I repeat anyone who wants to serve God in the most cutting-edge and creative ways needs to read this book. I can't stress enough how much I have learned in the past few days, and I can not wait to begin applying the principles and suggestions Ed outlines to begin reaching people creatively and compassionately. I read it, and now I am going back through reading again, studying and taking notes. BUY THIS BOOK! It will change the way you do church.
How about you? Have you had a chance to start The Creative Leader yet? What have you learned so far? Any favorite parts? We'd love to have you share your thoughts!

I bought the book weeks ago and read it straight through. I got a lot out of the main text of the book but what made it priceless was the Q&A at the end of some of the chapters. I liked it so much that I went and heard Ed teach on it at Vision New England and bought four copies for my friends. BTW, thanks Ed for coming to NE. I appreciated your openess with us. It was awesome.

I bought the book at C3 conference. Read the major portions on the plane traveling home and then went through again with highlighter. While reading, creative ideas just invade your life. In fact, you need a notepad by your side while you read. The book will continually empower me in my creative leadership. Thanks.

Dear Pastor Ed,
I am in the process of reading your book The Creative Leader. I just took a break to get on line and order copies for each of our staff members. Afer all, why should we have to learn the hard way when God has gifted you to help us learn these lessons.
I pray God's continued blessing on your ministry.
