We've just released a new resource to help you streamline your auditions for vocalists and band members: The Worship Audition Packet. Our Worship Team gets many questions about how this works at Fellowship Church, so we've put together the process and tools we use, and wrapped them all up in this handy download package. To give you a sense of the content, here's a quick excerpt from one of the documents:

Each applicant is critiqued using the Audition Evaluation Sheets included in this packet. These sheets are exclusively for the worship team’s use—they are not shared with the person auditioning. The criteria we assess include:

•    Style and fit
•    Heart / spiritual walk
•    Appropriate dress
•    Stage presence
•    Willingness to live a lifestyle beyond reproach
